Cellular devices carry a 12-month warrantee from the supplier. Faulty handsets can only be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if there are no signs of physical damage.

Thereafter, handsets will be repaired as per the manufacturer’s warranty, which is indicated on the Ackermans till slip (provided no customer damage has taken place).

Mandatory details will be required on warranty claim submissions.
